Ishwar Nataraj

I bring over 21 years of enterprise IT experience spanning application architecture, business intelligence, cloud data platforms, and technical product leadership. I have spent my career building the systems that turn raw data into decisions — and now apply that foundation to autonomous AI agents for regulated, high-stakes industries.
Before founding Gaintech, I led data science teams, delivered Snowflake connector support at scale, and served as a BI architect and technical product manager across healthcare, insurance, and enterprise analytics. That background shapes how Gaintech builds: production-grade pipelines, measurable ROI, and solutions designed for compliance-heavy operations like pharmacy and healthcare.
I partner with business leaders, engineers, and data scientists to move from idea to shipped product — whether that is a data warehouse, an analytics platform, or an AI agent that runs 24/7 in production.
